The Vendor is committed to protecting the confidentiality of personal information and the privacy of users of the online shop. The Seller will only use the personal information collected to provide the services it offers. The Seller respects the confidentiality of personal information and the privacy of users of the online shop and will therefore take the necessary steps to protect it from possible breaches and misuses. Personal data of users is one of the areas to which the Seller pays extraordinary care and attention, aware of the sensitive nature of this area.

Use of personal data

To provide the services it offers, the Seller collects, manages, processes and stores the following personal data:

- name and surname

- delivery address

- name of the company or legal entity (if the user is a legal entity)

- tax number of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity)

- e-mail address (user name)

- telephone number

- country of residence

- other information voluntarily provided by the user in the forms of the online shop

- other information that the user later voluntarily adds to his profile.

The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information entered by the user.

Cookies and IP addresses

At the beginning of each visit to the online shop, the Vendor assigns each user a cookie for identification, to check the shopping cart and ensure traceability. Cookies are only stored in the server's memory for the duration of the visit to the online shop and are deleted after one hour of inactivity. The Seller may also store some permanent cookies on the user's computer or device, such as the encrypted user identification number to identify the user on the next visit to the online shop or the product review, which allows the user to know which items he has already reviewed, and indirectly external cookies from Google Analytics that serve to analyse website traffic. The Seller may use this data in an anonymous summarised form for statistical analysis purposes. For online security purposes, the Seller also collects IP addresses from which users access the online shop.

Confidentiality statement for personal data and user privacy

In accordance with regulations on the protection of personal data, the Vendor is obliged to protect the personal data of users of its online shop. Under no circumstances will the Vendor disclose personal or other user information to a third party and will not give a third party access to personal or other user information without the express consent of the user, unless requested to do so by national authorities, if such an obligation is laid down by law or if it is believed in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other public authorities and for the protection and exercise of the legitimate interests of the Vendor.

All personal and other information that the user will provide when registering in the online shop, as well as when ordering and purchasing products, including the content of orders, will be protected in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data. The Seller will only contact the Buyer by means of remote communication if the Buyer does not expressly object. Advertising emails will contain ingredients that will be clearly and unambiguously labelled as advertising messages, the sender will be clearly indicated, promotions, special discounts and other marketing techniques will be clearly marked as such with clearly defined conditions for participation in them, it will be clearly indicated how to unsubscribe from receiving advertising messages, the Buyer's wish not to receive advertising messages will be expressly respected by the Seller. The Seller may use data in an anonymous summarised form for statistical analysis purposes. The confidentiality of personal and other user information will not be violated in any way.

The Seller will retain users' personal information in the collection of personal data only for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal information is collected and managed.

For the Delivery Service, the Seller will only provide the necessary information for the delivery of products purchased in the online shop (information about the recipient and address for delivery). The Seller will contact the user via e-mail if necessary for the execution of the purchase in the online shop, and via the contact telephone number only if there is a problem during the process of registration or making a purchase in the online shop.

Implementation of the privacy policy

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Seller has implemented personal data protection in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Rules.

All permanent or part-time employees of the Seller who have access to personal and other user information are familiar with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Rules and the duty to protect personal and other data, and are obliged to comply with these provisions on protecting the confidentiality of personal data and privacy of users online shop. The duty to protect personal and other data is effective over time, even after the relationship with the Vendor has ended.

Registered users may stop using the online shop at any time and may withdraw their registration. By doing so, they must notify the Seller of the cancellation of the registration by means of a written declaration. Before making a declaration of cancellation of registration, the User must settle all outstanding obligations arising from purchases made in the online shop. The Seller will also protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of the users of the online shop under this Privacy Policy in the event of the cancellation of the registration.
